Your new companyMedium-sized client based in West Northants 2-3 days per week travel to Uxbridge (paid travel and accomodation)£40,000 to £50,000 + BenefitsYour new roleAs a Management Accountant in our client's Support Office, you will be part of a close-knit finance team. You'll play a key role in delivering financial insight, consolidating management reporting, and enabling strategic decision-making across the business.Responsibilities:

Preparation of annual, monthly, and weekly management accounts, including KPIs and supporting analysis
Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Budgeting and variance analysis against actual
Lead and develop a small finance team
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with wider finance functions to ensure seamless reporting

Candidate Profile:We're looking for a capable and motivated finance professional. While technical skills are important, your mindset, curiosity, and ability to understand our business will be key.Essentials:

AAT or equivalent qualification
ACCA/CIMA/ACA (part-qualified or finalist stage)
Previous experience in a Management or Financial Accountant role
High proficiency in accounting IT systems and software
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Desirable:

Experience with the M3 Accounting System
Experience in a multi-site or complex operational environment
